"Condo was the perfect location and space for the 8 of us. Rooms were surprisingly spacious, beds and furniture were comfortable, and layout had good flow. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, however could use some serving utensils/spatulas that are all metal as the silicone ones get pretty soft when cooking. "We were traveling right after Tropical Storm Debby. Our originally rented VRBO had water damage from the storm and had to cancel at the last minute. Totsie was quick to answer questions as we were working to ensure this unit was still in good shape and helped us get it reserved and ready in time for our trip. The location is great and the unit is clean and charming. Walking distance to Front Street is a plus. "

"The property was extremely clean and functional. My husband worked in this area for around two months. This provided him his own little house. The area is beautiful and it is a short walk to the lake, but you can see if from the front porch. My son and I went for a visit and we loved it. It was very quiet and comfortable..The owner was very nice and super helpful. He checked on my husband during his lengthy stay. Great little diamond hidden in the area!"

"My husband and his parents went down to Georgetown for the weekend. The house is as cute as a button. Personally, I would have preferred two bedrooms with queen sized beds (but we knew the 2nd bedroom was 2 twins which was accurate, before booking). I love old homes - and this is an older home in an established neighbourhood. It's very well maintained. The front porch swing was beautiful. I love the porch. Having 1.5 bathrooms was a HUGE plus, especially when it's more than just 1 couple...
