"We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was so comfortable and living area was so nicely decorated. Great location to the Pawleys Island community. Hosts communicated very kind and promptly. A five star rental but I had to deduct a star because the decorative bedding needs to be laundered. I had to put the comforter and shams from the king bedroom out of the porch during our stay because the smell was so off-putting. But I am a super smeller. Regardless, I highly recommend this rental."

"Condo was the perfect location and space for the 8 of us. Rooms were surprisingly spacious, beds and furniture were comfortable, and layout had good flow. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, however could use some serving utensils/spatulas that are all metal as the silicone ones get pretty soft when cooking. "Great location, plenty of space, and timely communication with the property manager when we were missing towels. Beds are not comfortable and very soft, and the kitchen is not well stocked for 6 people you want to cook some meals (not enough cups for coffee, pans, etc) and the dishwasher is not getting hot enough to clean the dishes. A few additions to the property would be helpful to future guests."

"My husband and his parents went down to Georgetown for the weekend. The house is as cute as a button. Personally, I would have preferred two bedrooms with queen sized beds (but we knew the 2nd bedroom was 2 twins which was accurate, before booking). I love old homes - and this is an older home in an established neighbourhood. It's very well maintained. The front porch swing was beautiful. I love the porch. Having 1.5 bathrooms was a HUGE plus, especially when it's more than just 1 couple...
