The owners are extremely responsive and gracious fielding our questions both pre-trip and during. Highly recommend this property as your home base as you explore the Oxnard/Ventura area."

"We rented this place for family to stay for a family event taking place in Ventura. The proximity to the beach is a little off. The parking is difficult, because of the angle and neighbor and you cannot park on the street. The driveway is shared with them so if you have anything bigger than a car plan on only 1 vehicle fitting. The Tv stopped working first night, and when I contacted the property management in the app I received no call updating or trying to change the situation. I will say it...

The location is perfect, the house is cozy, the backyard is a dream, and it’s close to everything so you can easily walk or ride bikes to town for groceries or dining out.
