HOUSE RULES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
HEATING CONSUMPTION In low-medium season (October, November, December, January, February, and March) the heating is turned on upon request and may involve a supplement based on the liters of diesel consumed. In high season from (April, May, June, July, August, and September hot water for the shower is always included) As a guarantee of winter heating consumption, an additional deposit will be requested at check-in as a guarantee of actual consumption of about 100 euros per day to be agreed upon. We also try in this way to reduce consumption and air pollution emissions.
GUEST ACCESS Exclusive use of the house, including outdoor areas (Jacuzzi, loggia, and barbecue area) and the part of the garden surrounding the villa. The main access gate and driveway, as well as the part of the garden not directly adjacent to the villa, may also be used by other guests staying in the annex, as well as by the caretakers.
OUTDOOR PARKING INCLUDED UP TO 4 VEHICLES. The use of extra parking spaces (beyond the 4 vehicles) is subject to availability and prior agreement with the hosts.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The caretakers (who live in an annex) will be available during the stay for support and assistance, as well as for any extra cleaning (not included, to be agreed upon).
DOCUMENTS AND CONTRACT Following the confirmation of the booking, we request a copy of the identity document of the booking reference, to compile and sign a tourist lease contract that regulates and safeguards your stay. All guests will still be required to communicate their personal details with a copy of the documents NO LATER than the day of check-in (or upon arrival if they join the group in the following days). For security reasons, the law requires us to identify and register all guests at the police station.
CLEANING We kindly ask guests to keep the house reasonably tidy and clean. For stays longer than 4 days, the extra cleaning service is highly recommended - especially for the kitchen and bathrooms - to be agreed with the caretaker (extra price on a bas
