"Check in was a mess. Address was incorrect on listing. Drove to someone else's place to check in which was dangerous. Hosts grocery and belongings still in house. Couch was dirty and cover didn't fit. No key lock available. Was advised to text a number outside VRBO app to attain check in instructions. Door left unlocked to attain key. Someone is living in the VRBO. Host blamed me for odor in house . All plug ins were empty. Not enough towels and washcloths. No trash cans available. No mop...

"We stayed for 2 nights because of a medical trip. This was an excellent home base for my husband and I. The studio was immaculate and probably the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. Everything was comfortable and we were equipped with what we needed and more. I have more trips to come in my future and I would love to stay here again."

"I really loved the location of this property. The house had a nice outdoor patio set to enjoy. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The kitchen was nice. Would have liked a wine opener and wine glasses and few more plates and bowls but it was fine for just myself. The sofa and desk chair in the living room could use a nice steam clean , but overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return."

"We stayed here so we could go to a concert at the Ramkat. This property is literally a block and a half away. The property was clean and well equipped. The guide book was super helpful. There were a lot of places to eat within walking distance. We’d definitely go back!"

"This is a really unique and fun place to stay. Less than 2 miles from HPU and easy parking right out front. Plenty of room to spread out and relax with your group. We could easily fit as many as 8 and our little pup was welcome. If you like to cook the kitchen is very large and well equipped. Our host, Will, was very easy to reach, very responsive and kind. We will be back!"

"The place is cozy with clever designs, such as the coffee table that converts to a dining table. I think Kumi has thought of everything that would make a stay comfortable. Blue H2O is very welcoming as soon as you walk in. The bed was comfortable, on the softer side, with very puffy pillows. The hot tub was relaxing. We didn’t spend much time in the backyard as it was rainy and cloudy, but our dogs enjoyed it. "
