"Amazing over night stay. Rooms fantastic and the food too. Staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place and will also come back myself. "

Staff do hotel bastante cordial, começando pelas "cleaners", passando pelo barman, e chegando até os atendentes, em especial o sr. Mauro, que ofereceu seus préstimos mesmo não estando em serviço."
"Charming, clean and well equipped room above the Fox and Grapes gastro pub. Perfect location for the tennis at Wimbledon with a 20 minute walk across the Common. Really appreciated the continental breakfast basket left overnight and the air conditioning. Bonus of free weekend parking on the street oustide. Quiet at night once the pub has closed and had some lovely food in there as well."
"The hotel is just 5 min walk of Tooting Broadway station. The staff was very nice and they have everything you may need, like refrigerator and microwave in the room, iron, hair dryier, washing machine, and you can have breakfest whenever you want, just go to the kitchen and and help yourself! Flexistay was a very good surprise."

"In 2025 not having reliable WiFi- whether the free or the “premium” (capped at 8mbps if it decides to allow you to connect after you pay) is unconscionable. Someone needs to tell them it’s not the year 2000 anymore. Many other options at their price point. Avoid. "
"The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. "

A deluxe double room without a window was a bit dark, would have been nice to know this when booking. Probably wouldn’t have stayed there for more than 1 night because of that.
However the properly was very clean, easy to check in and very reasonably priced"

Graham on front desk was friendly and very helpful with advice etc. jumped on the bus to Wimbledon-approx 10 mins. Great pad Thai restaurant in York Street? Near Wandsworth town rail station. Super place, would use again. "

"Lovely staff, very good breakfast (enough options). Staying in London, even in Kensigton, entails to be in small hotel rooms, but it was ok for me and my husband. Location was good enough - we had buses and metro station close to us, so we could reach the center in 20 minutes easily. We loved saying at the Kensington venue :) "
"Excelente hotel, custo-beneficio perfeito. Perto do metrô, staff muito gentil, área segura com supermercado, farmácias e lanchonetes. Quarto não muito grande como quase todos de Londres. Colchão mediano mas lençóis limpos e novos."
"Extremely well located near Victoria Station, The Clermont was a great choice for our trip. We went as a family with a 8 year girl. Being near the station made our life so much easier. And I’m not necessarily talking about the Tube. There are several buses that start off at Victoria Station and cover so much of the city. The buses are comfortable and allow you to see the city from above ground. You can easily get to the Buckingham Palace by foot.
Also getting to the hotel from Heathrow was pretty easy.
But it’s not all location. The Clermont has comfortable rooms, great beds, the bathroom was really clean and the bathroom amenities were good. Also their mini fridge and some other amenities are complimentary and refreshed daily.
The breakfast is another high point. Good variety, and a true full English breakfast, with sausages, egg, beans and bacon.
To top off, the staff was really friendly and we also enjoyed some drinks at the Reúnion, the once first class lounge for the trains.
Despite being near the station, the hotel was silent. The gym looked good, but we didn’t go."
"Hotel muito confortável, bem localizado, próximo ao Underground, linhas de ônibus, shoppings e restaurantes. Se tiver disposição para caminhadas, poderá ir em 55 minutos a pé até o Hyde Park. Fácil também o deslocamento para o aeroporto Heathrow. Os quartos são amplos, mas um pouco desatualizados, não há comodidades como em hoteis mais renovados. A chave não aciona a energia, poderia haver mais gavetas ou prateleiras para as roupas. O café da manhã é excelente, o restaurante muito confortável. Há uma boa academia de ginástica. "
