"Hotel em um ponto estratégico de Londres, Wimbledon, servido por varias linhas de ônibus, duas estações de metrô e trem, chegando-se às atrações principais da cidade com muita facilidade. Staff do hotel bastante cordial, começando pelas "cleaners", passando pelo barman, e chegando até os atendentes, em especial o sr. Mauro, que ofereceu seus préstimos mesmo não estando em serviço."
"The hotel is just 5 min walk of Tooting Broadway station. The staff was very nice and they have everything you may need, like refrigerator and microwave in the room, iron, hair dryier, washing machine, and you can have breakfest whenever you want, just go to the kitchen and and help yourself! Only downside was its a bit noisy on a weekend as they have a literal nightclub and pub below but wasn’t bad enough to not sleep. "

Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. "

"This is a fantastic hotel in a pub in a lovely area, the staff were super friendly we arrived half an hour before check-in but sat in the pub garden and enjoyed some food and drink and could have stayed there all day if we didn't have other plans. The included breakfast was delicious!"

The location is great, the rooms are interesting (the smaller ones are really only suitable for a solo traveller) and the staff are helpful and friendly. "Extremely well located near Victoria Station, The Clermont was a great choice for our trip. We went as a family with a 8 year girl. Being near the station made our life so much easier. And I’m not necessarily talking about the Tube. There are several buses that start off at Victoria Station and cover so much of the city. The buses are comfortable and allow you to see the city from above ground. You can easily get to the Buckingham Palace by foot.
Also getting to the hotel from Heathrow was pretty easy.
But it’s not all location. The Clermont has comfortable rooms, great beds, the bathroom was really clean and the bathroom amenities were good. Also their mini fridge and some other amenities are complimentary and refreshed daily.
The breakfast is another high point. Good variety, and a true full English breakfast, with sausages, egg, beans and bacon.
To top off, the staff was really friendly and we also enjoyed some drinks at the Reúnion, the once first class lounge for the trains.
Despite being near the station, the hotel was silent. The gym looked good, but we didn’t go."
