"Clean and easy. Very close to campus. Newly updated kitchen, bathroom, laundry. TV and WiFi easy access. Property manager might want to check some loose screws in bathroom vent and kitchen cabinet… but overall great place in cute neighborhood with easy dog walking."

"The property is very nice, in a safe and quiet neighborhood a half a block from a beautiful park and the Ruth Bascom Trail. We brought our bikes with us so the location was a big perk for us.The living and dining furnishings are comfortable and kitchen amenities are accommodating. The host, April, is quick to respond to inquiries and any issues. "

"My family and I had a lovely stay at this home. The outdoor space was incredible, the single-level floorplan ideal, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Our small kids especially loved the mini-golf and outdoor lounge area. We had one small issue with the home (loose front door handle), but the owner took care of it very quickly and our stay was barely impacted. Overall, this was a wonderful house and we look forward to future return visits."

"This really is a river haven. Unbelievable location that prioritizes river views and sounds. This place has almost everything you'll need: a well-stocked kitchen, linens, towels, washer/dryer, and a fireplace. A note on the fireplace: you'll probably want to get a firestarter kit and a duraflame log from the local market. The wood was pretty stubborn to burn, and we aren't sure if it was the wood or the fireplace that was the problem. In any csse, we were able to get the fire going with the...
