"We had a great weekend here last weekend. Close to downtown and restaurants. It was also near the trail. The kitchen was fairly sparsely furnished but we were able to make do. The neighborhood was old and seemed a little bit sketchy but I never actually felt unsafe. We will return here again!"

"The owner had created a very comfortable open space with the conversion of a duplex into one 5-bedroom vacation home. It allowed our family of 7 to be comfortably together as we celebrated Christmas. Check-in and check-out were simple. We really enjoyed our stay. It would help if the Vrbo site had a photo of the exterior because the numbering of the other houses and buildings were not sequential making difficult to find the house. The Google map directions and showed a picture of the house...

"We celebrated a WVU graduation driving a good distance and arriving late evening. It was pleasant to arrive at this clean and comfortable rental property dealing with zero issues. The fenced yard was very convenient for our 11 year old lab. Beautiful kitchen and hot tub was a bonus. "

"This quiet little house is right by trails that overlook a reservoir. Everything was clean and fairly newly remodeled. A couple of small things were wrong, the Keurig had a part missing and the ironing board didn't stay up properly. In general, though, it was a really great place, not to far from downtown but with a secluded feel."

"My extended family (who covered every age group from adults, teens, kids, toddlers & infants!) stayed at the Tuscan Ridge property for a holiday reunion. Everything was just as expected from the description and photos. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed with the essentials to give that comfortable and welcoming feeling. Check in was easy and the departure was smooth - unlike some rentals with lengthy to-do lists. Communication with the owner was prompt & courteous. In...

"Perched on top of a ridge with a beautiful view of campus, this house has all the amenities you could hope for. A decked-out kitchen, three full baths, great televisions, and really comfortable mattresses (it's the small things) made our stay 10/10. We had a few questions during our stay, and the owners responded immediately. "
