"This place was perfect"

"Booked a cabin last minute during a snow storm for me and my two Border Collies. The owner actually called me to make sure that I knew it was a camping cabin - which I thought was super nice. He brought down a second heater in case the first one didn’t warm the cabin up enough. It was a camping cabin so rustic. No WiFi or cabin itself so I skied up closer to the main house to pick it up when needed. Gorgeous and peaceful surroundings! Will definitely return in warmer weather to check out the...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Magnolia is a beautiful well furnished home. We were lucky enough to have gotten lots of snow during our stay. It was so beautiful!! I would suggest additional heating on/in the main level bedrooms. There was a dramatic difference in that part of the house. Lots of "It's freezing back here" comments. space heaters would have been most welcome! We kept the thermostat at 70 lest the upstairs get too warm. I did report that there was leaking in the upstairs...

"Great central location right off busy Garrett Highway. Nice amenities, could even suit 3 distinct groups with sleeping for 14. Walk out lower level directly to the lake, steps away. Nice hot tub, dock and kayaks. Fun game table and some arcade games if children come along. Enjoyable evening by the fire pit with s'mores! Easy to find, easy to book, responsive owners."

"Stayed for 3 nights with my 2 pre- teens. The unit was clean and comfortable,nwith hreat lake views. The property was in a great location close to everything we were doing. During the weekdays the building was super quite; the weekend got much busier. On-site restaurants were very convenient and tasty! Wpuld stay here again! "

"The pipes at Lewis cottage were frozen, the rental company contacted us before we arrived to tell us, and upgraded us to a much bigger rental with the same amenities. Cannot comment on Lewis cottage but the upgraded house “mountain majesty” was very nice. Great communication from the rental company."

"The house was amazing for our family of 18 people plenty of room and they were so accommodating with check-in and checkout, and all of our deeds will definitely run it again for next year. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could want except for a pizza cutter. Lol"

"I had some time saved up I needed to use up before the end of the year. I didn’t want to go to far from home but wanted to feel like I was still away. This place was perfect. It was just me and my little pup and we had a wonderful time. We just relaxed for a few days. Read a book, did some legos and went out for a nice dinner. Nothing exciting but just what I needed. "We had so much fun here. The game room was a blast. Will definitely be coming back. "

"The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience."

"We had a great experience at the treehouse! The kids absolutely adored the gnome theme, sitting in the hot tub under the stars, and they loved the beds in the kids’ room. We are looking forward to staying again in the fall season where we can hike and enjoy more outdoor activities Ohiopyle has to offer! "

"This was the second time we stayed at this house. We had beautiful weather, but the house was a wonderful retreat when we needed to cool down and relax. It's a quiet neighborhood that is located perfectly to get to town quickly or enjoy state parks."

"It's a nice remodeled hotel. But when we arrived on Friday l the sidewalk in front of the hotel was full of ice and slush. So much that it was hard to get out of our car. How hard would it be to shovel and clean it for incoming guests?"
