"We booked two nights here and then read the reviews, some of which were pretty grim. That was not our experience. It suited our purposes, and we were happy with our stay. This is a golf club that has a few (9?) rooms, which it offers. As such, it is not a hotel so there isn’t a bevy of staff on hand 24/7 like a real hotel might have. Some gripes were: 1) The room wasn’t serviced overnight as the web site says it would be. 2) There was only one chair in the room. 3) Perhaps the room was a...

"No plugs sockets by the beds in the room I stayed in, room was cold , a heater was already in the room when arrived , Bed are comfy, slept really well . Staff are friendly and helpful. "

The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are comfortable and well-stocked, and the location is very convenient for the train station, the town centre and Neath Castle.
