Relax in our spacious well-appointed apartment. Featuring two decks: one very private and peaceful overlooking bush, the other with a city outlook.
A selection of breakfast cereal (with a gluten-free option) is included for up to the first week of stay.
A large master bedroom, and a smaller room that can be configured to your requirements as a working from home office, or with one or two single beds.
A covered car park is included, but there are also excellent public transport links.
The city centre, stadium, and Picton Ferry terminal are only minutes away.

A great property for a family stay. A fascinating view of busy Wellington with buses, trains, ferries and highway and yet the double glazed windows block out all the sound. The apartment is modern, crisp and clean with everything you need for your stay. A bonus for us was how close the bus stops are with very quick regular access to the city and also the 2 coffee shops within 5minute walk.

Great Apartment close to Sky Stadium
We needed accommodation while we were in Wellington to exhibit at the Wellington Food Show at Sky Stadium. This apartment genuinely is only minutes away and comes with a covered car park. The apartment is spacious and well appointed with more than everything we needed. When we return we will seek to stay here again.

Great Place to Stay
The location was great, near town center and close to grocery stores. The apartment was wonderfully modern with loads of space and large windows. Our Host met us when we arrived and answered all our questions. Wonderful stay!

Really great apartment!
Really great apartment, stylishly equipped and with really light feel due to windows. Only criticism would be the view as it’s in the middle of an an industrial estate, but the quality of the apartment more than compensates for this.

A sleek apartment on the city fringe
We were your average group of tired mothers coming to the Capitol to see WOW. This new apartment on the outskirts of the city was ideal for us to enjoy some quiet nights away from the hustle and bustle but a very short car ride later we were back in the city. We also had a car and this was one of the few accommodation options with car parking! Other reviewers have commented on the road noise but it didn't really bother us and the location was very private so it felt like we could escape and relax between our other activities. The lack of blinds did bother us a little, but we weren't at home much during the day and at night there were no neighbours to peep in! I would say that although the accommodation sleeps 4, it only comfortably sleeps 3 single adults as one of the beds is a queen so 2 of the adults need to share if there is a group of 4. It would be ideal for a couple with 2 friends/children. And the studio/bedroom has 2 sets of curtains! haha, we only discovered that on the last night after being woken by the sun through the net curtain! The kitchen has a full oven and dishwasher which is a bonus too. The apartment was SPOTLESSLY clean, the owners are delightful, would definitely stay again x

This place is close to perfect. Clean, modern, comfortable. Has everything you could need, and accessible to everything else. Lovely views of the planes, trains and automobiles (and ferries!) in the harbour 🙂

Beautiful Apartment
Loved the apartment, spacious, clean, modern! Nice extras (2 decks, full kitchen, off street parking). Hosts very nice and give you your privacy. Public transport a block away and some wonderful cafes a short walk. Potential drawbacks? Can be a bit noisy with nearby traffic, and immediate neighborhood pretty industrial. Overall, highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic City Apartment
Fantastic apartment! Clean, bright and comfortable. Our wee boy loved to sit and watch the trains, planes, ferries, trucks etc … go by. Great entertainment! Easy to bus into town. Would highly recommend for a city break.

Great location, easy access. Spacious and very clean. Little cold at night due to beautiful big uncovered windows, which also let lots of light in making it difficult to see TV. We stayed 4 nights, the kitchen is lovely but could have little more equipment eg. Small bowls wooden spoon etc. However, this being said we had a great time in this beautiful space. Thank you 😊

A modern treat
A treat to stay in. Modern and open plan. The kids loved busing into town from down the street, and watching the city come alive out the lounge windows. Awesome to have the private bush balcony at the back so that you don't have to feel like you're in full view all the time as well. I'd definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

Well appointed apartment in a great location.
This apartment was a gem. Brand new and very clean in a great location. Kerry and Suzie are upstairs if you need them but very unobtrusive. Apartment had been thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest might need during their stay.

Great location, clean and tidy new apartment with everything you need. The owner kindly arranged the house to accommodate my younger children. I didnt get any check in instructions to get in but when we arrived the owner was there to meet us. The only little thing that I could suggest would be blinds in the living area, was hard to watch tv or relax on the couch because of the glare.
