"For some reason we did not know that there was a Naumi Studio and also a Naumi Hotel. We booked the studio and the room was really small even though the place as a whole is quite an experience. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and even if service has room for improvement the food was fabulous. Breakfast is also a must. The location of the hotel is very good and I would recommend the place bearing in mind the size of the room in the Studio."

"Hotel was slightly difficult to find but once we did we were very happy with our room, comfortable bed, microwave, jug, fridge, small TV and table and chairs. Lovely staff on arrival, fast check in. We stayed in room 1601 and while compact was more than expected for a night's stay, very good central location for walking to restaurants and shopping, Te Papa and waterfront. Would happily stay again. "

"Ao chegarmos ao andar do nosso quarto, o cheiro de gordura era insuportável. Voltamos na recepção e trocaram o nosso quarto para um no mesmo andar mais longe da saída do exaustor da cozinha, mas o cheiro ainda era insuportável. O quarto era VELHO e o banheiro também é VELHO e com aspecto de sujo. O restaurante não aceitava mais reserva, apesar de termos acabado de chegar e de ser 14:00!! Realmente uma DECEPÇÃO!! "

"The room was nice, we had a free upgrade too. The shower, however, was a bit of a nightmare, its pole kept slipping off the wall, a nd it lacks a door on the shower stall. This would be okay, but the floor sloped back toward the room carpet, rather than the drain. Earthquake damage? They gave us extra bathmats and were quite nice about it... but here it is!"

"Demoraram 3 horas para fazer nosso check in, colocaram uma cama péssima para meu filho ( depois de solicitarmos uma arrumadeira veio sozinha arrastando uma cama decente para ele, ela foi maravilhosa), o ar condicionado estava estragado o quarto insuportável de quente, sem janela que pudesse ser aberta. Solicitamos a troca do quarto, mas formos informados que não tinha outro. Paguei 3 diárias, conseguimos ficar um dia e estou solicitando reembolso das demais diárias não utilizadas. "
