"This cottage was very clean and well maintained. This is probably the cleanest and best maintained property that I have vacationed at. Usually appliances do not work or are dirty, not so at Sugaree. Location was closer to the beach than we expected. We had two 4 yr olds and one limited mobility adult in our group. They had no issues with short walk to beach. Little ones loved the toy basket--thankyou! Peaceful neighborhood with good sunrise and sunsets from upper deck. We would choose this...

"Home was great for family. Only 2 downsides. Would have preferred gas grill as preparing charcoal takes so long. Door handles to outside allow 22 month old to escape far too easily. Otherwise, very nice place and enjoyed pool, hot tub and other amenities. Great location."
