The king bed is very high and didn't have any kind of step stool to enable us to get on it so we had to sleep in the other rooms. Parking is a nightmare, and it takes...

"We had a nice time at the property. It's location is perfect and despite being so close to the ocean front - it was nice and quiet. The property wasn't as clean as we'd have hoped. We had to do a once over ourselves. Particularly the bathrooms. There was no soap - all just filled with a bit of water at the bottom & no dishwasher tablets. Usually there's one or two. As mentioned in other reviews - there is quite a strong smell of mould/ damp. I think this will need to be addressed. Other...

"We've stayed at The Sanctuary before, and it is a very nice beach and location. I was disappointed by the rental. The unit was not well cleaned. Carpet was dirty. Counters and tables weren't wiped down. Furniture was stained and broken. Several burnt out bulbs, smoke detectors with dead batteries, and broken items. The beds were clean and comfortable which was nice. Place needs a good cleaning and freshening up."

"Highly recommend for families! Great location right off the beach, close to good food venues (Baja’s!) and the park/playground. Quiet during our off season stay (November) but still had all the charm that we love about Sandbridge. Plenty of space for two families (4 adults, 4 kids) and all the comforts you’d need: kitchen, laundry, etc. Hosts were awesome and quickly responsive to questions or minor issues."
