If you're looking for a place to be near the ocean with family and friends, I highly recommend it.The property manager, Cathy, is awesome. Beach houses invariably have issues and quirks. Well, we had an issue with an AC unit and Cathy was corresponding with us at 10pm to help and she had a technician out to fix the unit first thing the next morning. "The house is very nice. Well appointed and well supplied with nearly everything you might need for a stay. It is located about 50 ft from the south entrance of First Landing State Park and so park facilities are easily accessed. The only issue we had was that we could not make use of the Netflix streaming account because the login had apparently expired and we had no information on how to log back in. Also, the owner apparently has a video and audio monitoring system running in the house and...
