"We had a great weekend in False River! For most of us, it was our first experience at an LSU game and needed a good place/location for the game. Ma Mamma’s is a great place for evening meal. Great food and perfect place to take a big group or just your special someone. The house was clean, spacious and provided everything and more for our group. I would definitely recommend this place for a great stay. Great communication by the owner too!!"

"The cobblestone walkway up to the red door is a great photo opportunity. The house is beautiful with all the little craftsman details. The modern kitchen was done in a very tasteful way that makes it blend perfectly with the rest of the home. Lots of space to spread out and hang out with the family. Designated parking that's not on the street!! The house wasn't cleaned well before our stay but our gracious host refunded my cleaning fee immediately. Super quick response time on communication. I...

"We stayed in this lovely home for a weekend while attending a concert in New Orleans. This place has everything. If you forget something, odds are it will already be there. The antiques throughout the home ate beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need including drinks and snacks. We would stay here again!"

"We enjoyed staying in this super clean historic little cottage! It met all of our needs and was spacious enough for 4 adults, 2 children and an infant. It was convenient to the LSU campus where we spent most of our weekend. The beds were comfortable and the front porch rockers were great for relaxing with coffee. The house was well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. We would definitely stay here again!"

"All the mapping apps except for Apple Maps took us to a different location 30 minutes away. So we drove to the wrong location and had to figure out where the actual location was. It would be helpful to put detailed directions in the listing so this doesn’t happen to other renters. Once we got to the place it was super nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay."

"Very nice place to stay. Beautiful wooded location with a porch you can sit on and enjoy nature and wildlife, even a friendly cat to visit with. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Full kitchen. Plenty of "sitting room". Location is close to many things to do."

"Very nice house, it's a new build in a neighborhood that's unfortunately being gentrified. But the location is great and the neighbors that did remain were quiet. The home was cozy, with great amenities and is perfect for 3-4 adults. It was a short drive to all the must see locations in Baton Rouge and Port Allen. Would definitely recommend."

"Had a great time and great experience at the waterfront home. Very cozy and really comfortable for us who stayed. Other than tricky driveway to navigate down to get to place, we truly enjoyed the stay. "
