"It was so nice and quiet. We will be back! Loved the bar and grill!"

"As a group of 5, we found the space clean and beds all very comfortable. The decor and dining furniture need to be updated and/or replaced. The dining chairs literally need repair as the backs fell apart. The location was excellent and lots of easy access to the French Quarter, restaurants, music and shopping. The service(texts)was great when we had any questions, fast and easy. The room could use extra pillow and a couch blanket for cooler nights. Overall the room was comfortable and fit...

"We absolutely loved this beautiful home! It was perfect for our weekend getaway! If this home is available don’t wait, book it now! Tom was a great host and replied back asap when we needed him for anything. "

"O prédio é antigo, mas todo reformado. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, bem bonito e todo equipado. Entretanto, o ar-condicionado é central no ap dificultando o controle de temperatura em tudo. A cama não é king e sim casal normal com um colchão nada confortável. Estava muito usado e mole no meio. O sofá-cama para meus filhos era extremamente duro e sem pillow top para minimizar. O apartamento era bonito e agradável, mas não confortável para o sono. "

"Foi excelente. Chegamos antes do horário do check in. Embora tenha portaria digital, fomos atendidos por funcionários muito gentis de outro hotel da rede e nos deram acesso. Localizado em local tranquilo, não muito distante da balada do French Quarter e próximo de 2 linhas do "street car", linhas 12 e 49. Próximo a lindíssima Avenida Saint Charles. Vamos programar para voltar no próximo ano."

"Host was great, communication was prompt and check in was a breeze. But...some issues we had was the bathroom door does not lock or close all the way. The 3 bedrooms are connected, meaning if you are in the 3rd bedroom you have to walk thru the other 2. Other than that the beds were comfortable and the porch cats were friendly:) "

"My family had a lovely stay in New Orleans at the Nelson house. The home is beautiful, spacious and clean and has the character and charm the city is famous for. We enjoyed a number of meals that we cooked at the house when we weren’t eating out. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty. "

"Excelente localização, cama confortável, banheiro com ducha maravilhosa , limpeza diária, abertura de cama. Único inconveniente foi que ficamos no 9º andar e ouvia se barulho de maquinas a noite, poos, ficavam acima do quarto. Não se em andares mais baixos ouviria. Fora isso, o hotel é excelente. Lobby bastante movimentado ppr causa do bar. Com certeza me hospedaria novamnete."

"Sound insulation is terrible, between the sleeping area and the bathroom, but especially between rooms. We could hear the neighbors entire conversations. Guest noise from the hallway was also largely unfiltered. We were put in an ADA accessible room so the shower leaked water onto the main floor very easily. The bathroom design is not great. The counter is so long that when sitting on the toilet, the toilet paper is squeezed against your leg. The room has an iron, but no ironing board. Beds were comfortable."
