"There was trash still in our room from previous guests. The toilet was so shaky every time you sat on it, thought it was going to fall over. This really is a niche property where I'd only stay here for an event because everything is so far away from it. Events are also very loud from the villas if you're not attending the event."

"Good location. It is in an older, but conveniently located NOLA residential neighborhood. The house is a traditional double shotgun style, common in uptown NOLA. It is similar to the houses my wife and I grew up in. It was clean and well furnished. AC, etc all worked well. We had no problem parking all week right in front of the home. The owner lives in an apartment behind the rental and his sister lives on the other side of the double. "

"Mrs. Ursula was fantastic when we had a small issue we had to deal with..The home was VERY well stocked for us..She thought of everything! All in our group were very happy with the home..Wifi was a bit slow, but we weren't there for that..lol! Recommend to those visiting for the Louisiana Renaissance Fest..short 18 minute drive.. "

"Beautiful little Cottage in a convenient quiet setting. Very close to restaurants and entertainment. Owner was very responsive. Cottage had everything we needed. My wife and I stayed here and made a trip to New Orleans to visit the WWII Museum, which is a must see (2 day trip easily). I would definitely recommend this location, and I would stay again if we are in the area."

"My mom, sister and & I booked this apartment for a birthday trip & we weren't disappointed. The flat was clean, spacious, modern, everything you'd want on vacation. We were ecstatic. The owner we dealt with (Ronell) was friendly, and communication was excellent (via Vrbo messages) Only a 15 min drive from Bourbon ST, restaurants galore, bars across the Rd, it’s ideally situated. We will definitely be visiting again!"
