"We absolutely LOVED this place. The apartment was clean and well stocked with the essentials. However, the tile around the bathroom (near the kitchen) was cracked and the toilet knob was chipped in the bathroom (in the bedroom). The floor needed to be swept, but it wasn't too bad. The cons are just minor issues in my opinion. This was a great place to stay our ONLY issue was we wasn't able to get Ocean Front. They were all full, but we did have Ocean View. "We were in N Myrtle for a short stay with our son and three small dogs. The location was perfect for beach access. It met our needs in cleanliness and comfort. The property is a little dated and could use some TLC, but, in all, we were happy with condo. Peter was great in communication and was prompt in answering any questions we had."
