"The property is a bit dated and the photos are a little deceiving. It seems like its on a corner but actually sits behind a large home and it was difficult to find. Not sure about who cleans the place, whether a cleaning person or if its left to occupants. There was a long list of cleaning things to be done before check out. It was ok for me but some of my party were not satisfied. It needs freshening up and updating a little but its a cute cottage. The owner was nice and the campground...

"We stayed in the upstairs seahorse cottage for a week. We loved it! We had a fantastic time. The cottage was perfect for my family. Everything was in walking distance and my kids loved the pool. We will be returning and would love to book the same cottage next July 4th again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean and the AC worked great. The kitchen does have slim supplies but still everything I needed to make meals daily. Thanks Midtown for an awesome stay! "

"We loved this cottage, perfect size for 2 adults and a dog. Cottage has 2 bedrooms, both with smart TV’s. A well appointed kitchen with full size appliances, perfect for cooking any meals. We spent a lot of time sitting on the front porch, listening to the ocean waves breaking and enjoying the refreshing breeze. Took advantage of the fire pit in the evenings. "This home was beyond perfect. It has been completely renovated. It was very comfortable, clean, well furnished. I did let owner know of couple of things I thought would be helpful & he is going to take care today. He also was easy to contact throughout the whole rental process & very nice to communicate with.
