"Beds comfy, rooms clean and well stocked. Pool and hallways were rowdy (spring break, I remember having fun as a child too, it didnt bother me) Only 'complaint' was lack of seating at breakfast. We waited 15 minutes and finally ate in our room as tables never seemed to open up. Breakfast was great! Would highly recommend this place "

"This hotel is big and beautiful, and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is included in your stay, and it is good (more fruits would be a plus, but the choices range between waffles and cereals, unfortunately). Although they have a guest laundry, the vending machine for soap is filled by a third party so...... bring your own soap! I had to go to the supermarket to get some, and it took me almost 2 hours to do laundry! A nightmare! Besides that (or if you're not planning on doing...

"When we arrived they said that it could be noisy as they had entertainment a few doors down from us. We however were very tired so we did not notice. We did have breakfast there and it was very nice. We didn't realize that you had to to consider booking. I did not feel the room and view were as in the picture online but it was very nice. "Nossa estadia foi decepcionante. Como melhor hotel da cidade e tendo a marca Fairmont esperávamos um serviço de qualidade e hotel com manutenção adequada apesar de antigo. Persiana do apartamento não fechava direito. Torneira da pia do banheiro sem manutenção e ficamos com agua fervendo na pia e usando o chuveiro para escovar os dentes. Alem disso tudo que pedimos como toalha extra para meu filho e roupão nao foram entregues ate o check out. Não vale! "
