"This property was perfect for what we needed! We were in LA for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. It seems like the unit was newly constructed or renovated. Everything was perfectly clean - I felt like we were the first renters. Check in was easy and we were able to park two cars on the street each night. The location was on a nice street with easy access to several fast food restaurants close by. We were able to get to and from downtown in 15-20 minutes. Check out requirements...

"Overall, a wonderful experience. Great location and proximity to the harbor. Having a parking space was key! Though the pic shows the pool, I never saw it. I guess that's dependent upon the unit that is available at check-in. Suggestions to the owner:1. replace the 1" plastic mini-blinds which were in bad condition2. provide cleaning products for guests to use while there3. put placemats on glass dining table to prevent possible damage4. provide more towels/washcloths.
