"We stayed 4 nights and it was clean and safe, the staff is really nice, the outdoor pool was really nice and the breakfast is really good, lots of things to pick from, only complain is the ice machine on the 3rd floor is way over on the other side."

"Nothing much to complain about, except for the fact that our room was never cleaned in our 3-night stay. I reported it to the front desk, but was told because we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, that the cleaning crew did not enter the room. I think that's unacceptable: Two women staying in an hotel should be able to put that sign on the door, but it was removed once we left the room. Cleaning service should not be only in the early morning. Everyone is on a different schedule. If...
