"This property/cabin was beyond perfect! Beautiful views, peaceful sounds and completely private and secluded. We fell in love with every part of it as well as the surrounding areas. So easy to get to anything we needed or wanted and perfect if you just want to chill. I loved sitting on the porch listening to the river run by and oh my the nature wildlife!! Will definitely be booking again many times!!!"

The cabin is in a great location especially if you are interested in Bristol motorsports. Its also a great jumping off spot for adventures in Tennesse's eastern moutains. "

"My husband and I were in town for a funeral and found this house to be very relaxing. We did not want to be in a crowded area, so this location was perfect!"

"We were in Kingsport to visit relatives and needed a place to stay. This house was clean, comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We didn’t need to cook, so I can’t speak to that. The only negative I have to say is that the air freshener was too strong when we first got there. It made us wonder if it was going to smell bad when it wore off but it didn’t. The house didn’t need it. I’d definitely stay here again and just ask the host to hold the air freshener. "

"We had a wonderful time! It was perfect for us. The view was beautiful and the house was updated. There is a fence in the backyard even. We have tall men in our family and the living room seating was very comfortable with leather couches that reclined. We spent Christmas there and would do it again. The host was reachable and very nice. I am so pleased. "
