"Our family stayed here for a week and loved it. Tatiana was a great host, and she very graciously allowed our younger children to take a tour of her small farm, and feed/pet the animals. The owners lived close by and are there if you need them, but also give you space. The property is full of all kinds of creatures, sheep, pigs, rabbits, deer, ducks, and feels like a Peter Rabbit storybook. "This was our first Vrbo experience. We stayed 8 nights. The location off of I-81 was perfect. Check in was super easy. The code to the door arrived two days before our trip. I gave 5 stars to communication with the host, but I gave 5 stars because I didn't have a need to communicate with him. "We needed a quick place to stay after a family gathering about 15min away. This house was perfect in every way. Plenty of room to accommodate our little family. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. She went over and above and even pulled out the couch bed and had it made for us. I would 100% recommend this stay. We will be coming back when we are in the area. "

"This place was in the best location. Quiet, close to the water, the only downside was the 111 steps to the water. We got a workout every day and loved every minute of giggling the way back up! We will be back to Watauga Lake for sure!"
