"We walked in to the room and felt joy over the space and cleanliness and we loved having a bench at the end of each of our beds as well as plenty of counter space to place items. This was the only place we stayed on our 2 week vacation that had an outdoor pool plus a hot tub and a sauna! The Courtyard is very cool and felt like a fun extra - giving us something to do besides be in our room. We also walked down to the river and that was nice also. Would highly recommend. "The hotel contacted us about our original booking in March, letting us know that a Value Room does not include amenities, and we needed a fridge. We thought it amazing that they contacted and told us this! They let us upgrade to a Standard room. When we arrived in July, the room had a double/queen? bed, and we needed a king, which we had originally booked in the Value Room. The staff didn't hesitate to let us switch rooms, and we ended up with the perfect room for us! We loved the log interior...
