"We stayed here out of nostalgia as I remember this hotel from the 70's when we used to visit Ocean Shores. Age has caught up with it but for an old hotel in a marine environment it's in good condition. Furnishings are old but carpet and paint are newer. Nice location in the middle of Ocean Shores with walkable beach access. Nice staff, just don't have high expectations for an ultra modern hotel. Big yard and activity areas so it is a great place for a family or group to stay."

"We stayed in the original hotel and loved the room and veranda view of the marina. We didnt seem to have AC in our room and the street lights were distracting at night. The food at the Madrona Cafe was superb. "

"There were multiple issues with this property, and I tried to reach out the second night via phone to the PM but no answer. One of the burners on the stove didn't work, the knives in the knife block were filthy with food on them, we paid for a cleaning fee too. But, worst of all there were ants all over the floor, and coming from the fireplace by the baseboard. "

"The unit was as advertised. Clean and comfortable and close to downtown. We had a great time. "

"This rental was booked for our family vacation for a week. The views did not disappoint! It had the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen! The property is large and gated and the house is well appointed. Downtown Edmonds is walkable with several beaches nearby. The landscaping can definitely use some TLC along with improved communication from the host. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property and would recommend it."
