"We stayed for 2 nights. Room was good with comfortable beds and pillows. The owner Gil was very friendly and you were made to feel like the zoo was yours. You could go into the zoo whenever you wanted, even at night which was an eerie experience and was well worth doing. Breakfast was continental with various fresh breads and spreads, cereal, fresh mango juice, tea and coffee. This was included in the price. This hotel is great for people who like animals and want a different hotel...

"The property is in a great location, immediately opposite the beach and flagged area. Yorkeys maybe not as upmarket as Palm Cove, but it is close to Smithfield, a good golf club, and the Fishing Club. The hosts were really great and make you feel at home.. The apartment was clean and fitted with all the amenities required for a great family holiday. Will return.."
