"The location is excellent for access to N Adelaide and the CBD. The Zoo and the Botanic Gardens are within a half-hour walk. There is a bus stop outside the building for the free 98a and 98c busses. The apartments are large, comfortable and well set up with a kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The car park is under the buildings, while we were there the entry door was faulty and we had to be careful when using the exit lane for entry as well. "Avoid this hotel. It has no respect whatsoever for its customers. I stayed in room 607, and on the same floor, an all-night party took place—noisy, with people screaming in the corridors, making it impossible for anyone else to sleep. I politely asked the guests to lower their voices, called and spoke twice with the reception, all to no effect. The management showed total disregard for the comfort and rights of other guests. I didn’t expect Australians to behave in such a gross and selfish manner, nor did I expect a hotel to tolerate this level of disrespect. The result: a miserable sleepless night. I might as well have slept on a park bench for the same outcome."
