"Well Taylor River Lodge is just absolutely amazing. "The cabin was the perfect place to spend our family vacation! The view and location was just incredible. Our kids (7, 5, 2) enjoyed exploring the woods nearby & making smores on the fire pit in the evenings. The hot tub was also perfect after a long day of exploring. House had everything we needed & beds were nice and comfy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The listing accurately reflects the rental. It is in a great location and we enjoyed the hot tub alongside the creek. One thing to note - I would say this place is less pet friendly and more pet tolerable. They block off the master bedroom saying pets are not allowed in it, which is a bummer if you have your pet sleep in the same room. They also require you to cover all furniture if you bring pets but do not provide sheets to do so. And they require you to vacuum before departing despite...

"Cozy property minutes to Mt Princeton hot springs. We spent the weekend with family and had a great time. The house was fully stocked for cooking meals and the house has the perfect mountain home feel. One very minor thing is the basement was very cold. It took a day for the space heaters to warm up the place and it was fine after this. Overall we loved it! "

"Our stay was an excellent experience for the entire family! This house has everything we needed to enjoy the Colorado Mountains including the fishing pond with lots of fish. The location is great for the nearby hot springs, rafting and towns of Salida and Buena Vista. The beds were comfortable and the back deck was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the stars after dark. If you are looking for a great place for your family to relax and un plug, this is the place to go to."

"This was our second time staying in this wonderful home!! Sitting on the patio(or in the hot tub) looking at the beautiful view of Mt. Princeton can’t be beat! The home is very comfortable and well equipped. Communication with owners was great too. We had easy access to town and different hiking trails. The half mile trail at the home is also well worth walking too. We will definitely stay again when we visit Buena Vista."

"A very nice cabin situated in the mountains between Salida and Buena Vista. Check-in was easy and the property managers were highly available when we had questions. It's a cabin, so expect some dated elements (those showers are a tight fit...) but overall was very happy. Appreciated some of the small things, like the owners providing firewood for the fire pit and detergent for the on-site laundry. "Something for everyone. Had various ages and interests. Very comfortable and organized. Needs access to lower patio with table and chairs from house. Area not used by us. Sliding doors to it but no access to door. Had to go down steep steps to reach area,very inconvenient ,not able to be enjoyed by older family members. Nice place though, would rent again."

"This the perfect place for a family vacation in the middle of the beautiful Collegiate peaks. The cabin was wonderful for large gatherings. We comfortably slept 9 adults with room for more. It was very clean and right in the middle of fishing, white water rafting, hiking trails and very close to snow skiing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The owner was so responsive with ideas for groceries, restaurants and hiking trails. We had a wonderful time."

"Came for a short stay celebrating a birthday. Kids came, May snow came (17” total over the weekend). We weren’t planning on snow, but still made the best of it. Still enjoyed sight-seeing and the BV area (disc golfing, actual golfing, indoor wall climbing, shopping, cool restaurants) We will visit again as this has quickly become a favorite place for us."

"This was the second stop our our Colorado vacation. We only stayed 2 nights but this was our kids' favorite of the 3 places we rented. All the activities in the garage and horse shoes were a hit! Lots of space to relax both inside and out. A well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals and enjoy coffee on the front porch with breathtaking views of the mountains.
