"We thought the hotel was beautiful and had clearly been recently decorated. Our room was lovely (30) but the mattress on the bed needs replacing as it was rather saggy in parts. We enjoyed our meal in the evening. The staff were a credit to the hotel. "

"Parking at the pub hotel was difficult as there is only a small car park and there are very narrow streets around the area. As there was no sign of a reception, checking in was challenging. The rooms themselves were very good, clean and had tea-making facilities, TV and an en-suite bathroom. The dinner menu was limited, but the breakfast menu was excellent. Be aware, the Friday night disco and karaoke goes on to 3.00am."

"I wanted a low budget one night stay. Although property is old fashioned, my single room, with en suite was very clean and bed was comfortable The breakfast cerea,l yogurt etc was an unexpected bonus. Kettle, microwave and fridge in room. Member of staff on arrival friendly and helpful. I couldn’t get the tv to find any chanels, but not there long enough to enquire about it. Could do with a chair, but overall exactly what i wanted Thank you"
