"This property was nice. Good location, easy to get to and from all areas. Had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4 people. Nice views. Owners and property manager easy to communicate with. No issues. Here are a few recommendations that would have made this a 5 star: update the mattresses. They were so hard. The younger 2 were fine, but the mid-age women were hurting after sleeping in the beds. Be upfront (mention it at booking) about request to keep ac off when not at the condo. We were...

"These villas are private and spacious, which is great when you are traveling with family or friends. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly, top-notch service! The villas are not directly on the beach, but are a short walk from Crocus Bay, which had phenomenal snorkeling and a great restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. "The Dragonfly Studio is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed at on vacation. It is centrally located, and just minutes away from beautiful beaches and great restaurants. "This property couldn't have been better for our family vacation (8 guests, ages 16-80). It was immaculate, and Florivia was right on top of anything that we needed. "Um hotel de luxo, que faz justiça aos rankings em que sempre aparece como um dos melhores do planeta. Os preços, claro, bem altos e em linha com o ranking. Uma praia fantástica e serviço globalmente irrepreensível. Única desilusão foi um dos 4 restaurantes - o restaurante Cipriani (comida sofrível e serviço demorado) - tudo o resto é notável."

Um bom 5 estrelas numa belíssima praia

"Um excelente hotel em Anguilla, com uma localização privilegiada e uma praia lindíssima. Não está ao nível do Cap Juluca (o mais famoso da ilha) em termos de serviço mas o preço também reflete essa diferença, sendo bem mais acessível. Os únicos pontos a melhorar são o menu de jantar do único restaurante, que é bastante limitado e desincentiva a jantar no hotel caso sua estadia seja superior a 2 noites. O serviço no restaurante também é desatento, ainda que o staff seja sempre gentil. O serviço de piscina é desinteressado e demorado (você precisa procurar staff para ser atendido). Já o serviço do beach club é irrepreensível! "

Good hotel but not worth the price

"Zemi is a good hotel but way overpriced for what you get. The island itself is very expensive but still Zemi is a good boutique hotel with some flaws (that should not happen for a hotel this price) so overall it's good but not worth the price. Rooms are great, spacious, new and with a nice ocean view. Breakfast is extremely overpriced: USD 52 per person (paying in advance) and definitely not worth it. It's an OK breakfast but too expensive for what you get, not many food options and many options felt like they've been sitting there for days. Service is a major flaw and very inconsistent: the restaurant was completely empty and the hostess wouldn't allow us to sit in a table for four (we were two and carrying large bags). Many times you would just grab a pool towel yourself and go out and find a sunbed and no one would help you out with that. I mean, this is a hotel that charges over USD 1300 a night. You'd expect these kind of courtesies and good service at all times. I had many examples of the service flaws throughout my stay and I think the management team should better train their staff so a USD1300 per night would be worth it. And it's definitely not."

" Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa! O apartamento é enorme e com uma vista privilegiada da praia e do mar! Tudo funcionando perfeitamente! Cama, banho, ar condicionado, cozinha, tudo muito bom. Tivemos que trocar de quarto durante nossa estada, mas isso foi avisado antes de fazermos a reserva! Saímos pela manhã, e a tarde quando voltamos, já estava tudo no outro quarto, conforme havíamos combinado. A praia de Mead’s Bay esta entre as 3 mais lindas na nossa opinião, junto com Maunday’s Bay e Shoal Bay East. Mas para alugar um apartamento e ficar é a melhor praia. O bar e restaurante Blanchards que fica na praia é excepcional. Fiquei um pouco receoso com algumas avaliações, mas sinda bem que acabei indo para o Turtle’s Nest! Nota 10! Tudo como eu queria que fosse! Tudo que combinaram comigo foi cumprido! Se um dia voltar a Anguilla é pra lá que vou!"
