"Unsafe neighborhood, security door didnt work it just opens into the apt building just gross dirty inside mold in the coffee maker hair and scumall over the bathtub whole apt was unsafe for my visiting one yr old grandaughter. This had many saftey issues the air-conditioning was plugges into a broken outlet i felt very unsafe and dirty in this vrbo this wont let me submit pictures for some reason"

"The apartment was adorable and we absolutely loved it! It was close enough to campus for us to walk but far enough that we weren't bothered by noise. Plus the owner was easy to communicate with. If we ever go back to Fargo we're definitely staying here again."

"The location was really good for us and the area. The rental was clean and had every thing you would need. We stayed in the first of Sept and there is one small AC for the unit that is located in the bedroom. It was off when we arrived and took several hours to cool down and from there we left it on and it was cool enough when we got back in the evenings. A really nice couple owns it and they live on the property but let you have your own space. The outside space was nice to have for our use...

"All was great, the location is in the city, so a bit noisy, but if you use it as a base to check out Black Hills’ wonders, that works real well. Check in/ out process was simple and the host’s communication was excellent."
