"Things were not as clean as they should have been. Our socks turned grey and brown just walking around the room. All the faucets in our room had severe calcium build up on them, which is a big sign they are not being cleaned properly. The staff was super nice and helpful. Especially Barbara, when I talked with her at the front desk. Resort had a lot of activities and amenities. Overall, I would probably try to find somewhere cleaner to stay. "

"Elevator on the right in tower 3 got stuck multiple times. My only real complaint. "

" It was a nice stay but the outside was filthy from all the ppl that would bring sand and water to the stares and elevator. it's like you where walking on ponds. The room I stayed in was beautiful with a view to the sea I loved it. Will reserve again 💙 "

In the sale of the hotel the photo that appears is the photo of the main hotel building, facing the sea, but they have a "second category" and that's where I stayed, a room looking like a roadside hotel, with no privacy."
