"Hotel novo, limpo, quartos confortáveis, café da manha maravilhoso, atendentes do café extremamente solícitos e gentis.Única ressalva foi o fato de pedirmos ajuda com as malas qdo chegamos, pois meu marido fez cirugia de coluna e não podia levantar peso, e não fomos atendidos com gentileza! No outro dia o atendente foi muito gentil e pronto a nos ajudar."
"Very clean hotel, convenient as it’s downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didn’t have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and can’t believe how congested and built up...

"The breakfast options were just what we needed. We got a room with a pull out bed, which wasn’t the most comfortable thing to sleep on….but we chose cheaper and less comfort there. Still a good option that they offer."
"When the TV didn't work they were quick to address the issue and when they couldn't fix it they moved me to another room right away they were really great in addressing the problem and getting me to another room right away"
"10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. "
"We loved staying at Hyatt Place whenever we visited our daughter in college. She graduated this year so we won’t be back to Eugene. We love the roof top bars ambiance and drinks. The staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants to try. Also, they were so accommodating and helpful with our moving truck. A big thank you for a lovely stay. "
