"I had a 6 am flight so chose Blue House Suite because it's very near (2 miles) the airport. I previously stayed at a motel a couple miles further south for this purpose, and it was cold and noisy. BHS was perfect. Very comfortable, clean and quiet (I'm very sound sensitive). It had all the amenities I could want, well beyond any motel. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. "Eve was responsive and helpful to our questions and requests. We enjoyed meeting her. The apartment is SMALL, as described. The bed is comfortable. You can cook or microwave food. You can not see the address from the street. There is a large fence, behind which is the house and then the cottage behind that. The area is fairly near to many interesting areas of Eugene. There is a good bakery and a laundromat nearby."

"The staff were young and not real experienced at answering questions about the hotel or area. One person at the front desk told me to hold on while she wrote a note. Five minutes later she left the note to talk with a coworker forgetting that I was waiting for her to finish the note to ask my question. When I asked someone else about the breakfast available, he told me to go look at the menu at the restaurant. What I wanted to know is whether it offered a full breakfast. "
