"Spent one night here, whilst touring. As you arrive, your first thoughts are WOW! The check in service was excellent. We were tired and not thinking straight, but the young man was patient and explained everything. We were confused as we had to pay on arrival but money had already been taken off the account. That was a security deposit of 100€. The rooms were enormous. The bed was extremely comfortable. The toilet was separate to the sink and shower. Kettle, coffee machine and fridge...

"Hotel muito antigo, decoração idem, muito carpete no hall e corredores. Pelo menos no quarto o piso é de madeira - antiga (mas qualquer movimento é um rangido forte). Pode ser apenas questão de gosto pessoal, mas não gostei da experiência. Ressalte-se, todavia, a qualidade da comida e esmero nos pratos no restaurante anexo ao hotel."

"We had a bad experience here. Staff is impersonal, not friendly - and this is a family run business. Issues: first, if you travel with elderly people or disabled, avoid! No accessibility. Breakfast would be good, but the coffee is made early and let resting over a warm surface - when guests are served, it's cold. The facility has a espresso machine, we saw the owner having his coffee there, but we were not offered a hot drink! The rooms are nice, but there are service issues. We found the bed...

"Ein kleines, aber sehr gemütliches Hotel mit toller Atmosphäre. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Die zusätzliche Fußbodenheizung im Zimmer und Bad hat uns überrascht. Essen im Restaurant ist nicht ganz so preiswert und üppig, aber gut. Frühstück ab 8.30 Uhr könnte ruhig etwas früher sein, aber es ist gut und reichhaltig. Es gibt bestimmt immer Menschen, denen das alles zu wenig ist, aber wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Wir sind Freitags angereist, um Samstags morgen weiter nach Bievre zu fahren,...

"We stayed on a Monday, so the restaurant was closed but we knew this beforehand. The place is beautifully renovated, we had the tower room, we got lost a few times having to go up stairs along a hall through more doors and up more stairs. Bit disorientating but we figured it out. Didn’t realise the bathroom was going to be the feature of the room, not our style but it was a beautiful bathroom. Very quiet and peaceful at night so slept well and restaurants in the town were open just a short drive...
