We were in the area for a larger family event and the whole week was overshadowed by the need to be dealing with the poor provision and the stress of unhelpful contact with the agency.No welcome pack No instructions so within a couple of hours we had to phone VRBO.There were damp marks on the ceiling. "This property cancelled on me 6 hrs before due to checkin. Left high & dry & ended up having to travel to another town after arrivng in Perth. I spent an hour on chats & phone trying to sort out & to find out why this happened. No resolve. Still showing as booked on Expedia App but host sent email to say no longer available when I enquired about checking in arrangements.Now await a refund. Very unhappy with experience "

"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"
