"Staff were excellent always happy to help and hotel lovely. The breakfast was not the best and if we can recommend perhaps fried eggs, potato scones, tomatoes and mushrooms. The scrambled egg tasted as though it was made from a powder and not fresh eggs. More fruit choices also as there was only peaches and perhaps more berries."

"Hotel, grounds and location were very good. Unfortunately the spa facilities were a let down. Pool are was cold and unsuitble for relaxing. Steam room was cool and sauna had draft coming in. Other residents hogging the hot tub and not vacating it during cleaning cycle."

"A lovely stay in the Staybridge suite . Slept well ,very well equipped suite , Issues we found were no hot water in bathroom sink shower and kitchen sink were ok ,the window was a pain as the seals were burst couldn’t see out ! also at breakfast in the hub was a bit manic only 1staff member trying to do all jobs so was not replenished at a busy time so the offering was not adequate !!"
