Good location, place needs cleaning
When we arrived check in was very easy and straightforward. Communication with the owner was great; however the apartment was not clean when we arrived. There was lots of long hair on the floor of the bathroom, dirt in the sink, and MANY live flies (easily 20) and dead flies all over the ground. There was also mold in the coffee maker and expired coffee creamer out for use. Needs more attention from management before more folks stay here.

Amazing Stay in Hyde Park!
Location location location. This spot is perfectly located to all the spots you want to enjoy. Walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants in Hyde Park Village and the beautiful Bayshore Boulevard. The place was very clean and would recommend to anyone looking at staying here.

Very quaint and all that you need!
We were very happy with our stay! Super close to UT and the beautiful river walk. The queen bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet at night. We will stay again!

Great place
My only complaint was some areas of the condo were worn and in need of a thorough cleaning. The bathroom shower curtain in not ideal. Claw foot tub with curtains, not much space. These items were minor enough that we still gave 5 star rating. Great area, fun to walk to shopping or BayShore. Easy to drive to downtown, Ybor, Bush Gardens.

Tampa Getaway
It was a great place to stay when visiting Tampa. Conveniently located within walking distance to Bay Shore Drive, Hyde Park and downtown. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The host was so kind and brought us some extra k cups for our coffee. They even supplied an umbrella that we used the day it rained! We loved it and will definitely stay there again!

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at this rental! It was very clean and it had everything we needed for our four day visit. It was in a prime location and we enjoyed walking to the bay in the mornings. It was also very close to shopping and restaurants. The host was very kind and accommodating! I definitely recommend staying here if you are wanting to explore the area, you will not regret it!

My friend and I spent the weekend in Tampa and chose to stay here due to its proximity to Amalie Arena. What a wonderful stay! The hosts were extremely accommodating and provided some great restaurant recommendations. The location is great, the unit was clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Convenient, beautiful property in Hyde Park
Bob and Liz have created a wonderful space in Hyde Park, convenient to the bay front and kept clean and tidy for their guests. Thoughtful touches can be found throughout the property and the owners are quickly responsive when we inquired about small items, like a replenishment of K cups during our stay. Microwave, coffee maker and fridge in the living area. Shower tub in the bathroom. Very large walk in closet in the main bedroom. Thanks for a great stay in Tampa!

Advertisement should make clear of the property is on the second floor. It doesn’t have a real kitchen, more like a dormitory kitchen, other than that we were quite happy.

Weekend getaway in Tampa
Location was perfect and property was very clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with some nice snacks and cold waters in the mini fridge. I didn't realize that there wasn't a full kitchen (likely because I didn't fully read the property description), but there were many delicious restaurants within walking distance. It was also wonderful to get up in the morning and walk along the bay - be sure to watch for dolphins playing in the water! The shower is a bit small due to the antique tub, but the water pressure was great! The parking spot that was supposed to be reserved for us was occupied by another car most of the time, so we parked farther down the street. Overall, we were thrilled with the trip!

A wonderful place to stay in the Tampa area. The place is neatly kept and well equipped with every thing you would need. It is very close to all Tampa has to offer and the neighborhood is fantastic! I would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay
I was in town for a conference. This was just the perfect distance away from the hotels and allowed me to walk every day about 15 minutes. On the walk was beautiful. The location itself was terrific. Thank you.
