Inside, you’ll find a bright, fully updated space designed for creating memories with friends and family. Stylish furnishings, lots of natural light, and tasteful decor add to the vacation vibe. The sleek, modern kitchen features a full suite of appliances, tons of storage, and a huge island. Grab a bite at one of the island’s barstools, or sit down for a meal together at the adjacent table. Entertainment options include four streaming-capable TVs - including one on the lanai - a pool table, and free WiFi. After a fun day out, fire up the gas grill and lounge in the sun by the pool before dinner. Rest well in any of the four well-appointed bedrooms, with lucky guests of the primary bedroom enjoying direct lanai access and a spa-like, walk-in shower. The perfect Tampa vacation awaits - all that’s left to do is book.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
