"1층 숙소 정원이 아담하고 아주 이쁘네요"

"Overall, the location is excellent. However, there are a few areas for improvement in the room. The pillow could be more comfortable, and there was some visible dirt in the jacuzzi. Additionally, the breakfast service could be more efficient, as guests have to wait in a 10-15 minute queue before being seated due to the crowd. It may be helpful to consider offering a separate dining area for 12th-floor guests during peak weekends or seasons. Despite these minor issues, it was still a pleasant...

"這是這趟馬來西亞行程中性格比最高的一間酒店。 房間十分寬敞，除了膠囊咖啡機外，還有冷熱水機。 地點方便，距離著名的老黃芽菜雞、怡發茶室（咖喱麵）再步行距離以內。早上或黃昏天氣不太炎熱時步行到舊街場也是可以的，大概20分鐘。 Check-in時遇到十分熱情的酒店職員，主動跟我們介紹應該去什麼地點觀光、哪裏有好餐廳。 再次到訪怡保的話會首選預訂這酒店。"

"All rooms was too dark with no sunlight windows and very loud with a/c units mounted right outside of the room. "

I booked the wrong one and went to the wrong one. They are so nice that they helped me transferred my room to the correct location from the incorrect one. "

"Stayed in the family and friends suite. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Family loved it. Very convenient water dispenser. Hot, cold and warm water. Roomy bathroom with tub and shower. Close enough to Ipoh center. Far enough to be quiet and peaceful. "

"Chalet style accommodation. Like living in a small house. Very quiet at certain timing and on weekdays if there are no school holidays. But you will surely wake up before 6 am."

"The various facilities are available. We love the swimming pool and jacuzzi area (except you need to bring along your own towel) which is facing such a scenic landscape view of mountains. it's also adjacent to the gym and table tennis room. There's a bbq pit area at the same floor. Last but not least, a roof top overview space. It's clean, spacious to just enjoy the view and relax. Or do even better, do your yoga. "
