"The description and photos on Expedia did not match. I paid extra for the “Family 4 Person” option because the description and photos explicitly specified “separate bedroom” multiple times. However the room did not have a separate bedroom and the staff didn’t seem to know whether the room in the photos existed. I talked to the receptionist who put me on the phone with the manager. The manager said the Expedia description and photos are incorrect and that I should contact Expedia and my credit...

"The view was amazing ,amenities were excellent pool mind blowing with a spa on another level with the best views of Pattaya . High standard expection on the occupants if u You have kids that are not mature I would not recommend this type of property. Great for mature families who know how to treat and respect other people’s property. You will enjoy and have a wonderful stay. Chris"

"I like the mini-kitchen and the bed was clean and comfortable. I did not like the shower or lack of daily cleaning service. The shower would not get hot."

"Great location,great friendly staff and food. Downfall was the bed was way to hard for me no wifi/ netflix for a week till we got moved.we weren't told there was no water in the pool when we booked for 19 day's and no gym card after we spook to them numerous times. "

"Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The area is a little bit away from a main road but I didn’t mind. Instead, I appreciated how quiet things were. I never used them, but having vending machines on the property were very convenient. The staff were very nice and hospitable but there were some issues I encountered. I left for the day in the morning and came back around 4 pm and despite leaving the sign on my door to clean up the room, it wasn’t done. It didn’t look like they were busy so I...
