Overall, our stay was pleasant, and most aspects were satisfactory. However, if you're looking for a more modern experience, this might not be the right choice. While the property offers plenty of character compared to newer accommodations, it lacks the luxurious feel of a 5-star resort.
The breakfast area was overcrowded, making the experience feel cramped, and the facilities seemed outdated. We stayed in one of the suites with a private pool, which was clean and private, but not particularly memorable. If I were to return, I’d likely opt for a more affordable room, as the suite didn’t offer anything significantly special.
Overall, the staff were okay, neither rude nor particularly welcoming compared to other places we’ve stayed in Phuket.
One notable issue was when we asked if we could purchase the welcome drink we were served upon arrival. The staff spent about 20 minutes calling various people to check if it was possible, which felt unnecessarily complicated for such a simple request.
Another aspect I personally found uncomfortable was the reception area. It was very hot, with no air conditioning or fans running, making waiting around quite unpleasant as you’d quickly start sweating.
It was a nice stay overall, but not one that stood out.
