Charming house with garden and terrace in Syracuse, 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Plemmirio Reserve and the picturesque alleys of Ortigia.

The property is located inside a residence and boasts a large furnished garden, and a veranda with dining area and deckchairs accessible from the kitchen. The entrance opens onto the living area, furnished with two sofas and a television; continuing guests can access the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. A bathroom with shower and a laundry room complete the ground floor. The first floor houses the sleeping area featuring three bedrooms with balconies, one with a queen-size bed, one with a double sofa bed and the last with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out. In addition, the first floor houses an additional terrace overlooking the residence and the countryside.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white colour of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoilt and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are definitely worth a visit. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi.
