The staff person appeared to believe there was only one guest when the reservation clearly showed 2. We had requested upgrade to lounge access and informed it would be confirmed on arrival. "The breakfast and supplies where over and above what was expected. Everything was immaculately presented, quality linens, comfortable bed, convenient and pretty rural location. I wish we had booked for more than 1 night and we would definitely recommend Heaven's rest B&B. We staying in a cabin, the house looked lovely too. "

"My room was generally clean, tidy and nice. But it was right next to the office facing the door so you couldn't have the curtain open. It wasnot that private but there were few quests so ok. The place was generally ok but the property lacked greenery and poor design meant it was close to other people. The staff were friendly but couldn't speak English well so the transaction were brief."
