"The room was dirty full of dusty and some rubish left from the last occupant and the bed were to small for me and theres a loud noise at night from some pipe. The shower is horrible it feels like a tap o the wall and you must be lucky to get hot water. "

"O hostel é tranquilo e quarto com 6 camas é ok. Não tem elevador, então pode ser chato se estiver com mala pesada, mas nada muito grave porque são poucos andares. Os banheiros e chuveiros são unissex, o que pode desagradar alguns. O staff é prestativo e a localização é boa, perto da Queen St e da Sky Tower."

"Embora seja próxima ao centro é uma zona de comércio de asiáticos com várias casas de prostituição no entorno. A área de convivência não possui aberturas com visão para a rua. Os quartos com frente para a K Road são muito barulhentos a noite."

"Was happy with the staff at United..unfortunately not so impressed with 'wotif' ( third party booking ).. Got to United only to find there was no room available ( one i had book 2 months in advance)..Had booking references Numbers and whats more ..i actually rang the hotel 2 minutes after i had made the booking ( just to confirm) and they said yes all is fine?? After a 45 minute wait while staff located us a room we had somewhere to stay..( myself and my two sons) one of which was flying out...

"As an old guy, HiT was quite satisfactory. There are music venues close by, noise was an issue one night. The common areas could do with a spruce up .. "

"Lovely and helpful staff, comfortable beds. Felt surprisingly private. The shared spaces were spacious, comfortable and lovely. They have a “quiet” room which was highly appreciated. It felt new, fresh and cozy. The kitchen could get pretty messy but the staff tried their best to keep it clean. I felt like I got a lot of value for the money."

"We booked this property because it was a handy location, unfortunately we had also booked it because it said we could have 3 separate beds and because I was booking it for 3 students that didn't really know each other it was appropriate they have their own beds. I have just been told they were only provided with a double and single bed. This has put me in a rather awkward position. They were not confident to ask for this to be changed."
