"The hotel itself is great. The problem is the staff and housekeeping. One day they simply did not clean the room even though I called front desk 4 times. The first day the bathtub was clogged and it took them 1 h and 30” to send maintenance, I could not leave because it was not possible to have a shower. 6 nights and no vacuuming on the floor. The only lady that was nice was the one at breakfast. The others looked at us as if they were doing us a favor. The worst was this lady named Ashlund....

"Our family of 5 was incredibly comfortable here! You’re close to absolutely everything including Fairhope and Spanish Fort. The house was roomy and comfortable with the outdoor amenities being favorites for the kids. We had everything we needed and Kim is a wonderful host! Thank you for a fantastic stay! "

"I found it to be relaxing after our convention. They have several trees throughout property and it was very serene.People around us were nice neighbors."
