"Only complaint was the Hilton app said I could check in and get my virtual key and could skip the front desk. Unfortunately we still had to go the the front desk as it kept saying our key would alert when room is ready. We arrived 1 1/2 hrs after checking. Front desk did upgrade our room. So just fix the app so misinformation is not given. "

"Very nice hotel overall. The staff were very friendly, the restaurant is amazing, along with the wait staff. The view from room was amazing. I unfortunately didn't get a chance to hit the bar, but it looked like a cool spot. But I must admit, I was unhappy with the cleanliness of my room. There was trash behind the entertainment stand, there were crumbs under the chaise lounge, the side of the bed had stains on it, the baseboard trim was covered in dust along with and there wasn't a single piece...
